Privacy Policy

매질소프트 (the “Operator”) processes the personal data of Shotbreaker (https://shotbreaker.com) users as described below, in line with the Korean Personal Information Protection Act and other applicable laws.

1. Data we process

• Sign-in: your Google account's name, e-mail address, profile picture URL and account ID
• Using the Service: the videos you upload, the books made from them (key-frame images, scene descriptions, dialogue) and job records
• Payment: the e-mail address for the PDF and the payment result (order number, amount, status). Card and other payment details are handled by Creem directly and never reach the Operator.
• Collected automatically: access logs (IP address, browser, time) and a sign-in cookie

2. Purposes

Identifying you and keeping you signed in, analysing videos and making and delivering books, confirming payments and delivering PDFs, answering enquiries, and preventing abuse and keeping the Service stable

3. Retention

• Videos and books: deleted automatically 30 days after the job was made (you can delete them earlier on My page)
• Account data: until you ask us to delete it
• Payment records: kept by Creem, our Merchant of Record, as the law requires
• Access logs: 3 months

4. Processors and international transfers

To provide the Service we use the processors below, so your data is transferred to companies abroad. Transfers happen over encrypted connections while you use the Service, and the data is kept for the periods above.

• Google LLC (USA; servers and storage in the Seoul region, Republic of Korea; https://policies.google.com/privacy): servers and storage, Google sign-in, AI analysis of videos and AI drawings, sending e-mails / the data listed in section 1
• Creem · Armitage Labs OÜ (Estonia; support@creem.io): payment processing as Merchant of Record / e-mail address and payment data

If you do not want your data transferred abroad, stop using the Service and ask 931201v@gmail.com to delete it; the Service cannot be used without these transfers.

5. Disclosure to third parties

We do not give personal data to third parties except where the law requires it or on a lawful request from the authorities.

6. Your rights

You can ask 931201v@gmail.com at any time to see, correct, delete or stop the processing of your personal data, and we will act without delay. You can delete jobs yourself on My page.

7. Deletion

Data whose retention period has ended or whose purpose has been met is deleted without delay in a way that cannot be recovered.

8. Cookies and browser storage

We use a single cookie that keeps you signed in, and no advertising or tracking cookies. Display settings such as the language and the reading view are kept in your browser's storage, which you can clear in your browser.

9. Security

All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS), access is kept to a minimum, and books and files can be opened only by the person who made them.

10. Children

We do not collect personal data of children under 14.

12. Changes

This policy takes effect on September 26, 2026. Changes are announced on the Service at least 7 days before they take effect.
